We allow our Chefs to use their flare to create some very special dishes for our customers. Our Chefs tell us, that‘s why they like working here rather than at a large chain where the menu is very prescriptive.

That all looks lovely, but your staff don’t seem to enjoy working at this place. Maybe give them some hospitality training.
